Getting Started

Create your account, log in securely, and set up your profile so you can start ordering LPG in minutes.

    Open the LPG PATHS website on your browser or mobile phone.

    Click the Login button on the top navigation bar.

    Enter your registered email address and password.

    Click Sign In to access your dashboard.

    Tick "Remember Me" on trusted devices to stay logged in.
Use a strong, unique password for LPG PATHS and never share it with anyone.

Create a New Account

New users — registration

    Click Register or Sign Up on the login page.

    Fill in your full name, email address, and phone number.

    Enter your complete delivery address including barangay and municipality.

    Create a strong password and confirm it in the field below.

    Agree to the Terms and click Create Account. You can log in immediately.
Forgot your password?
  • Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
  • Enter your registered email and submit the form.
  • Follow the reset link sent to your email to create a new password.

Ordering LPG Step by Step

From browse to confirmed

    From your Dashboard, click Shop in the top navigation.
  2. 2
    Browse by product category — select the LPG cylinder size that fits your needs (e.g., 11 kg Petron, Shellane, Solane).

    Open the product page, choose the quantity, then click Add to Cart.
  4. 4
    Click the Cart icon at the top to review your items.
  5. 5
    Click Checkout to proceed to the order form.
  6. 6
    Verify your name, phone number, and complete delivery address.
  7. 7
    Review the total amount and agree to the confirmation prompt.

    Click Place Order. Your order is placed and will appear in My Orders.
Checkout currently supports Delivery with Cash on Delivery (COD). Prepare the exact amount before your rider arrives.

How to Track Your Order

Step-by-step tracking

    From your dashboard, click My Orders in the top navigation.
  2. 2
    Find the order you want to check (most recent at the top).
  3. 3
    Click View Details to open the full order tracking page.
  4. 4
    Review the delivery status and assigned rider information.
  5. 5
    Keep your phone reachable — the rider may call for gate or location guidance.
  6. 6
    Once received, verify the cylinder before completing payment.
Do not pay or confirm delivery until you have physically received and inspected the cylinder.

  • Update your default delivery address.
  • Upload or replace your profile photo.

Handle with care

  • Inspect the cylinder upon delivery. Refuse dented or leaking cylinders.
  • Check the regulator and rubber hose regularly for cracks.
  • Store cylinders upright in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
  • Keep LPG away from flames, sparks, switches, and heat sources.
  • Never use a flame or lighter to detect leaks — use soapy water.
  • Turn off the regulator valve after cooking or before sleeping.
Emergency — If you smell gas:
Do not touch electrical switches or light flames. Open windows and doors, evacuate to open air, and contact emergency services or your supplier immediately.

Payment Reminders

Cash on delivery tips

  • LPG PATHS accepts Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Prepare the exact amount shown on your checkout receipt.
  • Riders carry limited change for safety reasons.
  • Pay only the assigned LPG PATHS rider indicated in My Orders.
  • Request a receipt or acknowledgment after payment.
Account Security
  • Never share your password or verification codes.
  • LPG PATHS staff will never ask for your password.
  • Enable Two-Step Verification in Settings for maximum protection.

    Check your internet connection and toggle Wi-Fi / mobile data.

Order Is Missing

Can't find your order

    Reload the My Orders page to fetch new records.
  2. 2
    Make sure you are signed in with the same email used for the order.

    If still missing, reach out to support with your order date.

Delivery Is Delayed

Longer wait times

    Check the status update in My Orders.

    Keep your phone open so the rider can call or SMS you.

You can request cancellation before the order is marked Out for Delivery. Contact support immediately through the Messages section with your Order ID.
LPG PATHS operates deliveries Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Orders placed outside operating hours are queued for next morning dispatch.
We deliver across Aparri, Cagayan and nearby barangays. If delivery is not available for a specific area, you will be alerted during checkout.
Yes. For refill orders, the delivery rider will collect your empty LPG cylinder of the same brand upon handing over the new one.
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the active payment method. Digital wallet integrations are planned for future updates.
You can update your default address in your Profile anytime, or enter a one-time alternative address in the checkout form.
Go to Messages, include your Order ID and describe the problem. Our support team will assist with a prompt inspection or replacement.
Yes! All customer records are strictly confidential and encrypted. You can also turn on Two-Step Verification in Settings for added safety.
